We are thrilled to announce that we have been selected as the preferred delivery partner for a residential development in Balmain. This project involves significant upgrades to the existing structure and the site requires remediation of asbestos, lead and hydrocarbons.
Brenacon will continue to work with out client in the capacity of Preferred Delivery Partner and ultimately in time convent this to a principle contractor role to deliver the works to our client managing the project delivery from start to finish to- providing a “turn-key” solution resulting in a reduction in client management costs.
We were awarded this status after successfully completing our engagement to provide value engineering services to determine efficient construction and remediation solutions through an early contractor involvement process. This highlights our ability to provide collaborative solutions to improve project outcomes
This is a perfect project for the team at Brenacon to further demonstrate how we are improving the built environment and restoring the natural environment.
